Our roading crew have been doing some major road constructions to the shingle roads in the Lakes area recently. The guys have been doing drainage and putting in new culverts.
The Lake Sumner area is famous for its remote high country lakes, mountains and rivers and is located in the Hurunui district of North Canterbury. The main road runs through privately owned farm land.
